HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Every customer is eligible to receive one punch card when dining at PV on or after 9/14/2023. Every punch card has 12 pizza slices. 1 visit to PV= 1 pizza punch. Every 2 visits to PV = 1 pizza slice magnet.

The third row of gold stars on the card represents the 3 additional rewards (listed below) for every 4 visits, and whether they were redeemed.
