Our Story

Not all pizza is created equal.

We created Pizzeria Vetri to celebrate the art of authentic pizza making. Simple food made exactly the right way, using the best and freshest ingredients, served in a space where all are welcome.     We’re in the business of entertaining, so we focus on what’s most important — the people. We treat each other, and our customers, with respect and generosity. We try our hardest to make Pizzeria Vetri a really special experience for everyone involved, because that’s what a good host does.

    Creativity is at the heart of everything we do. No two pizzerias are the same, from the artwork on the walls to the food and drinks on the menu. Our seasonal menus are created by the chefs and cooks in each of our pizzerias, and our curated beverage lists are inspired and informed by the neighborhoods in which they’re offered. We’re always looking for good ideas, and we’re not afraid to try new things.

  • Entrepreneurship

    Our teams are unstructured by design, so we seek out self-starters. We take pride in giving our people the tools they need to succeed, and we reward open-mindedness and collaboration. Many of our employees have opened their own restaurants. We take time to understand each other’s goals, and we work toward them together.

    The restaurant industry isn’t easy. This is challenging, fast-paced work. So we want the people we work with to love what they do. We foster a supportive, collaborative environment and we firmly believe that this should be fun. We put people first, and we have an open door policy, which means we’re always here for our family.
